TATE writers please don't stop!

HI fellow TATERS,

I'm finally back after about three months!!! Anyway, I've decided I'm simply not going to watch season 3 because Kate is officially dead. I'll probably watch the first episode but that's about all. I'm from Australia so she only died here about a week ago - but please, please, please all TATE writers don't stop! I absolutely adore your fanfiction and to tell you the truth, it's you guys who are keeping NCIS alive for me.

Well hope to hear from someone soon :)

Hey Blooynose,

I've been reading your story on fanfiction.net since it was posted, glad to finally meet the author. I like how you have given Kate and Tony a sweet relationship and aren't too heavy on the cliches. I'll keep checking back on both fanfiction.net and LJ for the updates. Keep up the good work :)

Hey! I live in Australia as well, except I avoided channel 10 that whole week out of principle (and from what i saw of the ratings I wasn't the only one). I am currently in the middle of a Tate fic. So far it's about 5,000 words long. Read [info]blookynose's story. It's great!

I know what you mean about avoiding channel 10, I think everybody didn't want to go through the turmoil all over again. I'm excited to read your story so please post to me when it's done. I promise I'll give feedback

It's fine to just call me Mel. I don't expect the bookworm prefix *wink* It was quite funny. I didn't watch Twilight but at 10.30 I get a call from my friend going, "I can't believe it was Kate...OMG..." Today I managed to write about 1,000 words so it's now close to 6,000 words. I will give you a link when it is eventually posted which at the moment I have no idea when it will be. It depends on how I go with uni in the next week, and how fast I can find someone to BETA read it! And at some point i will probably have to get a ff account.

i downloaded the first episode of season 3 and im currently downloading the season episode.
i must say i am NOT happy with the first episode. tell me if you want spoilers... i wont say too much now... *cries*

Hi Krystina,

go ahead and tell me all about it, in fact if you can (cause I'm absolutely hopeless at figuring out how to do anything technical on this site) I'd really like the link where I can download some NCIS episodes. Is the episode really that bad?

I haven't seen it, but from what I've read it's predictable in many ways. If you look at the episode threads on the bullpen, you can read a bit about it. Here is the short hand. Kate is dead. Ari is Dead. Ziva deserves to be dead. Jenny is annoying. Tony is emotionless but healthy. Oh lets not forget the producers used the episode to turn Kate into an ooc sexual fantasy. I've avoided most screencaps but they can be found. Kate's funeral occurs at the end of Kill Ari part two, at which one reviewer said none of them cry there.

None of them may have cried at the funeral, but I sure did! It was kind of sweet with all of them except Gibbs giving flashbacks to their favorite memories of Kate. I watched the first two S3 eps, but I am officially done with watching NCIS. Kate will live on in fanfiction, though!

This is the same too. The only reason to watch following episodes is Tony. That's enough for me. :)
